About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse / Advisor to join our team at Appoint Group. As an Occupational Health Nurse / Advisor, you will be responsible for conducting Surveillance, Audiometry, Spirometry, and Fitness for Work assessments. You will also undertake case management over the phone and in person, producing high-standard and quality management advice reports. Additionally, you will provide clinical supervision and support to junior members of the team.

The role will be working at one of their client sites in Nottingham, and you will be joining a supportive and progressive team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out Surveillance, Audiometry, Spirometry, and Fitness for Work assessments
  • Undertake case management over the phone and in person
  • Produce high-standard and quality management advice reports
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to junior members

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC UK pin and no restrictions. A Diploma or degree in Occupational Health is preferable, and you will need at least 1 year of experience working as an Occupational Health Nurse / Advisor. You will also need experience in a commercial occupational health setting, exposure to case management and health surveillance, and excellent knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation.
