Job Description

We're seeking a driven Brand Marketing Manager to join our team and help us deliver our global marketing plan against key strategic priorities. As a key member of our marketing group, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities to build, deliver, and optimise our marketing plan for the Road & Gravel and Mountain Bike categories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with our Senior Marketing Manager to develop a cohesive global marketing plan for Road & Gravel and Mountain Bike.
  • Brief and collaborate with internal teams to create, launch, and optimise both online and offline marketing activities.
  • Responsible for core portfolio and new product campaigns, including their definition, delivery, and reporting across Road & Gravel & Mountain Bike.
  • Develop high-quality marketing materials for monthly campaigns, new product launches, and athlete/team sponsorships.
  • Liaise with our Communication, Design, and Content teams to develop best-in-class category localised communications.
  • Manage project timelines and track budgets.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities and spend, identifying opportunities for optimisation and improved efficiency.
  • Maximise ROI of our sponsorship portfolio and event calendar.
  • Support our ambassador/influencer programme.
Requirements
  • Degree-level educated.
  • 4+ years agency or client-side marketing experience.
  • Strong affinity with the road & gravel cycling.
  • Evidence of building strong relationships and positive impacts on people.
  • A positive 'glass half full' outlook with a great eye for detail.
  • Strong presentation skills and able to influence stakeholders positively.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a high-pressure, fast-growth environment.
  • Good IT skills, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe programs.
  • On occasion, will be required to work unsocial hours/weekends.
