Job Description

We're seeking a driven Bicycle Brand Manager to join our marketing team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering the global marketing plan against key strategic priorities and owning its delivery, analysis, and continual improvement across the Road & Gravel and Mountain Bike riding disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a cohesive global marketing plan for Road & Gravel and Mountain Bike, working closely with the senior marketing manager.
  • Brief and collaborate with internal teams to create, launch, and optimize both online and offline marketing activities.
  • Responsible for core portfolio and new product campaigns, including their definition, delivery, and reporting across Road & Gravel & Mountain Bike.
  • Develop high-quality marketing materials for monthly campaigns, new product launches, and athlete/team sponsorships.
  • Liaise with Communication, Design, and Content teams to develop best-in-class category localized communications.
  • Manage project timelines and track budgets.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities and spend, identifying opportunities for optimization and improved efficiency.
  • Maximize ROI of our sponsorship portfolio and event calendar.
  • Support ambassador/influencer programs.
Requirements
  • Degree-level educated.
  • 4+ years agency or client-side marketing experience.
  • Strong affinity with the road & gravel cycling.
  • Evidence of building strong relationships and positive impacts on people.
  • A positive 'glass half full' outlook with a great eye for detail.
  • Strong presentation skills and able to influence stakeholders positively.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a high-pressure, fast-growth environment.
  • Good IT skills, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe programs.
  • On occasion, will be required to work unsocial hours/weekends.
