We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bicycle Brand Manager to join our team at Muc-Off. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing global marketing plans for our Road & Gravel and Mountain Bike categories.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the senior marketing manager to develop a cohesive global marketing plan for Road & Gravel and Mountain Bike.
  • Briefing and collaborating with internal teams to create, launch, and optimize both online and offline marketing activities.
  • Responsible for core portfolio and new product campaigns, including their definition, delivery, and reporting across Road & Gravel and Mountain Bike.
  • Developing high-quality, compelling marketing materials for monthly campaigns, new product launches, and athlete/team sponsorships.
  • Liaising with Communication, Design, and Content teams to develop best-in-class category localized communications.
  • Managing project timelines and tracking budgets.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing activities and spend, identifying opportunities for optimization and improved efficiency.
  • Maximizing ROI of our sponsorship portfolio and event calendar.
  • Supporting ambassador/influencer programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, creating, and implementing best-in-class marketing campaigns that drive great business results.

We are looking for someone with a genuine passion and knowledge for the Road & Gravel bicycle and MTB category, with a drive to get stuck into projects to deliver great business results.

Must-haves:

  • Degree-level educated.
  • 4+ years agency or client-side marketing experience.
  • Strong affinity with the Road & Gravel cycling.
  • Evidence of building strong relationships and positive impacts on people.
  • A positive 'glass half full' outlook with a great eye for detail.
  • Strong presentation skills and able to influence stakeholders positively.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a high-pressure, fast-growth environment.
  • Good IT skills, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe programs.
  • On occasion, will be required to work unsocial hours/weekends.

Desirable:

  • A degree in Marketing and/or a CIM Diploma.
  • Excellence in project management and an eye for putting the right process in place to get the job done.
  • Evidence of working in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment.
