About Muc-Off

Muc-Off is a global leader in the bicycle and motorcycle markets, with a strong presence in the care and maintenance category. We're a disruptive and innovative British brand, partnered with top teams and athletes across various cycling disciplines.

We're looking for a talented individual to join our marketing team and drive our global marketing strategy for Road & Gravel and Mountain Bike. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering marketing campaigns that drive business results and grow our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute global marketing plans for Road & Gravel and Mountain Bike, working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Brief and collaborate with internal teams to create and launch marketing activities, including online and offline campaigns.
  • Manage core portfolio and new product campaigns, including definition, delivery, and reporting.
  • Develop high-quality marketing materials for monthly campaigns, new product launches, and athlete/team sponsorships.
  • Liaise with Communication, Design, and Content teams to develop localized communications.
  • Monitor and report on marketing activity performance and spend, identifying opportunities for optimization and improved efficiency.
  • Maximize ROI of sponsorship portfolio and event calendar.
  • Support ambassador/influencer program.
Requirements
  • Degree-level education.
  • 4+ years of agency or client-side marketing experience.
  • Strong affinity with Road & Gravel cycling.
  • Evidence of building strong relationships and positive impacts on people.
  • A positive outlook with a great eye for detail.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to influence stakeholders positively.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a high-pressure, fast-growth environment.
  • Good IT skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe programs.
