Project Manager Assistant
**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will provide support to our experienced Project Managers, shadowing on various projects to develop your skills further. You will be required to travel to site 2-3 days per week and be flexible to do so.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide support to Project Managers on various projects, including site visits and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers
* Assist in the development of tender programmes, construction phase level, and record progress and delays
* Review and approve subcontractor RAMS, and participate in weekly reviews of progress, budget, and resourcing
* Compile Contractor's Reports and attend Site Progress Meetings
* Perform general administrative duties
**Requirements**
* Good understanding of Microsoft Project programming software and all other standard Office software
* Ability to travel and undertake site visits
* Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
