Senior Customer Experience Director

At DemandScience, we're seeking a skilled Senior Customer Experience Director to join our team in London. As a key member of our client-facing team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and customer retention through proactive engagement with clients.
We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, adaptable, and has excellent interpersonal skills. You'll need to be able to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making and strategy development, as well as communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
In this role, you'll develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy across all touchpoints. This includes ensuring proactive touches with clients are happening at various stages, analyzing client programs prior to launch, and monitoring KPIs to measure adoption and utilization trends.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of client service, account management, or sales experience in a competitive SaaS environment. A Bachelor's Degree in sales, business, communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, workplace flexibility, and peer-appreciation programs.
