Digital Risk and Controls Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Risk and Controls Consultant to join our Digital Platforms and SEO team at Nationwide Building Society.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing risk and controls across multiple squads, ensuring that our digital brochureware platforms meet and exceed regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Online Sales Risk Control process, ensuring that pages are reviewed and updated regularly.
- Coordinate Consumer Duty and Understanding control processes across Digital Platforms and SEO, collaborating with other teams as needed.
- Ensure accessibility accreditation and compliance processes are established and followed.
- Manage cookie and data policy processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work with suppliers to ensure quarterly business reviews and RFPs are conducted effectively.
- Horizon scan to identify potential risks and implement controls to mitigate them.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in digital risk and controls, with experience working in a large complex organization with tight regulation.
You should have a demonstrated understanding of Consumer Duty, Vulnerability, and Understanding within financial services, as well as experience with risk planning and controls implementation.
Additionally, you should have experience working with suppliers and in an agile and data-driven environment.
