We are looking for a dedicated Child Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting children and young people aged 0-18 who may be experiencing challenges.

About the Role:
Your primary responsibility as a Child Development Professional will be to provide direct support to children, helping them build confidence, resilience, and independence. This includes assisting in developing and implementing personalized care plans that meet each child's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Direct Support: Offer emotional and practical support to children, promoting their overall well-being.
  • Care Planning: Assist in creating and implementing tailored care plans that cater to individual children's needs.
  • Advocacy: Advocate on behalf of children to ensure their voices are heard and their rights are upheld.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with families, schools, social workers, and other professionals to deliver coordinated care.
  • Activities and Engagement: Organize and participate in activities that promote socialization, learning, and fun in a safe environment.
  • Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support during crises, helping to stabilize situations and develop coping strategies.

What We're Looking For:
We seek an experienced Child Development Professional with a strong background in childcare, social care, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar setting and possess excellent communication skills.

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
