Child Development Specialist

ITM Staffing is seeking a skilled Family Support Services Coordinator to provide vital services to children aged 0-18 and their families in need. As a key member of our team, you will work within our Children's Services policy, supporting families through assessments, direct work, and interventions that promote the health and development of children.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver tailored support services, including direct work, group work, and same-day interventions, to meet the unique needs of each family.
- Collaborate effectively with case management teams and other agencies to ensure comprehensive care.
- Contribute meaningfully to assessments and service plans for children and families, driving positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and prepare reports according to established policies.
- Provide transportation for children and families as required, ensuring accessibility and convenience.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with families. We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
