We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior handbag designer to join our team at TEXMODEL LIMITED. As a senior handbag creative director, you will be responsible for leading our handbag design team and creating commercial designs based on the latest trends that meet our clients' requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design strategies that drive business growth and meet client expectations.
  • Lead a team of designers to create innovative and stylish handbag designs that are on-trend and commercially viable.
  • Research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts meet business objectives.
  • Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs remain competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in handbag design, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of designers.
  • Excellent design skills, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of fashion and design trends.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to balance creative vision with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
