Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Handbag Designer to join our team at TEXMODEL LIMITED. As a key member of our design office, you will be responsible for creating innovative and commercially viable handbag designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of current and emerging trends in the handbag industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new handbag products that meet client requirements.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Translate CAD designs into detailed specifications for production.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Travel to meetings, research, and development trips as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in handbag design or a related field.
  • Proven track record of creating commercially successful designs.
  • Excellent drawing and design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
