Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Handbag Designer to join our team at TEXMODEL LIMITED. As a key member of our design office, you will be responsible for creating commercial designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design strategies that align with our brand's aesthetic and vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts meet business objectives.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and design innovations.
  • Translate design concepts into technical specifications and production-ready designs.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet their needs.
  • Work closely with our production team to ensure timely and efficient production of designs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in handbag design and product development.
  • Proven track record of creating successful and commercially viable designs.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and textiles.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
