Job Title: Senior Contracts Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Manager to join our team at Construction Recruitment Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple sites nationwide, ensuring the successful delivery of contracts from fabrication to site delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Manage and oversee contracts from fabrication to site delivery, ensuring timely completion and adherence to British standards.
  • Liaison and Communication: Liaise with site management teams, clients, and workshops to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Problem Solving: Work closely with staff within the company and externally to identify and resolve problems, ensuring the smooth operation of contracts.
  • Expectation Management: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned.
  • Contract Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of erection contracts to identify weaknesses and risks, ensuring the company's interests are protected.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work is completed to the relevant British standards, maintaining the highest level of quality.

Requirements:

  • Proactive and Relationship-Focused: Ability to work proactively, managing relationships with various stakeholders, including workshop management teams, supply chain partners, and site staff.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £80,000-£85,000 per year
