We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Manager to join our team at Construction Recruitment Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple sites nationwide, managing contracts from fabrication to site delivery, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee contracts from fabrication to site delivery, ensuring timely completion and adherence to British standards.
- Liaise with site management teams, clients, and workshops to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Problem-solve and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.
- Assess erection contracts to identify weaknesses and risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including site staff, supply chain partners, and clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in contract management and procurement.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of British standards and regulations.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £80,000-£85,000 per year.
