About the Role

Nicholas Associates Construction is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. As a key member of the company, you will be responsible for managing multiple groundworks contracts across the North West area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 3-5 groundworks contracts simultaneously
  • Oversee residential groundworks, roads, and sewers projects
  • Ensure compliance with 278 works and infrastructure regulations
  • Develop and implement project plans to meet client expectations
  • Lead and motivate a team of site engineers and technicians
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (desirable)
  • Previous experience in residential groundworks, roads, and sewers
  • CSCS Card / SMSTS or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
