  • Project Management: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing 3-5 projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Team Leadership: As a Contracts Manager, you will lead a team of site engineers and contractors, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Client Relationships: You will maintain strong relationships with clients, including top 10 house builders, to deliver high-quality services and meet their expectations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is desirable, but not essential.
  • Experience: The ideal candidate will have a background in residential groundworks, roads, and sewers, with experience in 278 works and infrastructure projects.
  • Certifications: A CSCS Card, SMSTS, or equivalent is required.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivation, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills are essential for this role.
