Job Summary

This Senior Risk Management Leader role is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of our strategic objectives. As a key member of our 1st Line Risk team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of operational risk across our business.


About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement our Operational Risk Team strategy. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and partnership, and manage relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, custodians, consultants, and regulators.


Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing the Operational Risk Team strategy.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and partnership.
  • Managing relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, custodians, consultants, and regulators.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Significant experience of 1st line risk within the Wealth Management/Platform industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK financial services and regulatory framework, including the CASS (Client Assets Sourcebook).
