Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Risk Manager to join our team in the UK and Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading renewable energy company and contribute to the growth of our operations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting business in all aspects of day-to-day Operational and Project Site SHEQ management, looking at Onshore Wind (operational/construction), Solar PV (operational/construction). Key responsibilities include conducting audits, reviewing audit findings, and carrying out investigations into hazardous observations/near misses or incidents.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong Health and Safety background, with a minimum NEBOSH Cert qualification (or equivalent). A willingness to undertake quality management training or have a quality management qualification is also required.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus benefits including a valid UK driving licence, private health insurance, life assurance cover, company pension scheme, yearly discretionary performance bonus scheme, excellent company culture, mental health first aid support, employee assistance programme, and access to an online benefits portal.
