**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Product Genius at EMG Motor Group. As a Product Genius, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience by sharing your knowledge of products and technologies.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide an engaging and warm first point of contact for customers, whether in the showroom or through digital enquiries.
  • Listen to customers to understand their needs, questions, and aspirations.
  • Promote the brands we represent, products, and technologies, sharing information, features, and benefits in a friendly and understandable way.
  • Advise customers on eco-car ownership, including EV grants, charging options, and regenerative braking.
  • Support off-site events, acting as an ambassador for your dealership and the brand.
  • Support your knowledge and development through ongoing online and classroom-based training.
  • Complete product presentations, test-drives, and vehicle handovers, enhancing the customer experience at every point of contact.
  • Photograph and prepare bespoke videos for new car stock for presentation on websites.

**Requirements**

  • A minimum grade C/4 in GCSE English and Mathematics.
  • A demonstrable passion for technology, with an interest in gadgets, IT, and a good understanding of websites, smartphones, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours throughout the week, including weekend work.
