Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team and support a gentleman in his late 60's living independently in the Penrith area.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the client and promoting independence with daily living tasks, including household chores, personal care, shopping, and regularly going out in the local community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the client with daily living tasks and promote independence
  • Assist with household chores, personal care, and shopping
  • Accompany the client on regular outings in the local community
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the client

Requirements

  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Experience of working with adults with physical and cognitive impairment
  • Ability to motivate and engage with the client
  • Dependable and professional with a positive attitude
