Empowering Children with Complex Needs

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join our team at Get Out There Group in Loughborough. As a Children's Community Support Worker, you will provide support to children between the ages of 5 and 17 with complex needs, promoting communication skills, life skills, mobility, and access to the community.

This is a permanent part-time role, working 4 hours per week on Saturdays during the year (including non-term-time) and the shift pattern will be 9:30am-1:30pm. As a Support Worker, you will receive £11.75 per hour.

The 'Get Out There' Clubs provide support for children and young people who still live at home with their families. Working to promote communication skills, life skills, mobility, and access to the community.

As a Support Worker, you will work at our Get Out There group in Loughborough. We provide support for children who have a range of complex needs, including sensory losses and learning disabilities.

You will join a great team of Support Workers, working well together supporting each other and sharing ideas, providing a good support network for families.

We're looking for enthusiastic applicants who are:
