About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Cambian Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential settings.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our residents. This will involve developing and maintaining positive relationships, promoting independence, and supporting residents in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Support residents in their daily lives, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, including clinical staff and local authorities
Requirements

We are looking for individuals who possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support. You will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

While experience in health and social care is desirable, it is not essential. We provide comprehensive training and support to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role.
