About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at The Cambian Group. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing invaluable support to children and young people, helping them to overcome challenges and thrive in their personal and educational journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting the needs of our young people in line with OFSTED regulations
  • Helping to organise and facilitate social activities, such as days out and community work
  • Contribution to the day-to-day running of the home, including laundry, housekeeping, shopping, meal preparation, and engaging activities
  • Attending and participating in team meetings to share ideas and best practice
  • Closely working with our clinical team and local authorities

Requirements:

  • Life skills and experience working with children or in health and social care (full training and support provided)
  • A valid UK driving licence or working towards one
