About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Cambian Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential settings.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our residents. This will involve developing and maintaining positive relationships, promoting independence, and supporting residents in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Support residents in their daily lives, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, including clinical staff and local authorities
Requirements

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with residents and their families. A full UK driving license is desirable, but not essential. We offer a comprehensive training program, including a 10-day induction course and ongoing support to ensure your success in this role.
