About the Role

">">We are seeking a highly organised and accurate Payroll Specialist to join our busy accounts office. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing payrolls, checking timesheets, and maintaining compliance checks.">">

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Accurately process payrolls on a weekly and monthly basis;">
  • Check and process temporary workers' timesheets for multiple high-volume payrolls over various pay frequencies;">
  • Maintain compliance checks, including passport and visa vetting requirements;">
  • Import worker details into the relevant payroll system;">
  • Record changes to worker details that affect the payroll;">
  • Update database with temporary workers' weekly hours;">
  • Chase outstanding/missing timesheets with temporary workers and their consultants;">
  • Provide advice to temporary workers on payroll-related enquiries;">
  • Respond to a large volume of payroll enquiries over multiple shared mailboxes;">
  • Calculate statutory payroll calculations;">
  • Process holiday pay and perform holiday calculations;">
  • Maintain the leaver's process, including removal from payroll system and payment of accrued holiday balances.">

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;">
