About the Role
">">We are seeking a highly organised and accurate Payroll Specialist to join our busy accounts office. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing payrolls, checking timesheets, and maintaining compliance checks.">">Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately process payrolls on a weekly and monthly basis;">
- Check and process temporary workers' timesheets for multiple high-volume payrolls over various pay frequencies;">
- Maintain compliance checks, including passport and visa vetting requirements;">
- Import worker details into the relevant payroll system;">
- Record changes to worker details that affect the payroll;">
- Update database with temporary workers' weekly hours;">
- Chase outstanding/missing timesheets with temporary workers and their consultants;">
- Provide advice to temporary workers on payroll-related enquiries;">
- Respond to a large volume of payroll enquiries over multiple shared mailboxes;">
- Calculate statutory payroll calculations;">
- Process holiday pay and perform holiday calculations;">
- Maintain the leaver's process, including removal from payroll system and payment of accrued holiday balances.">
Requirements:

- Proven experience in payroll administration;">
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills;">
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;">
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;">
- Familiarity with UK payroll regulations.">
