About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Design Coordinator to join our team at Build Space Group Ltd. As a Design Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our high-profile tower projects in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and update design information in our document control system.
  • Chair Design Team Meetings and distribute meeting notes to all parties.
  • Prepare and agree design amends with the Design Team and raise design RFIs.
  • Commercially review design packages to ensure practical and cost-effective design.
  • Develop construction design packages from Stage 2 to Stage 4.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' post-qualified Design Coordinator experience.
  • Architectural Practice or Main Contractor experience.
  • Degree-educated or similar.
  • Good understanding of RIBA stages.
  • Good organisational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong technical skills in BIM and Revit.
  • Excellent communication skills.
