Purchase Ledger Assistant Job

Venn Group is seeking a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the purchase ledger department, including processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Tasks:
  • • Assist with processing and coding invoices
  • • Match GRNs to orders and invoices to ensure accuracy
  • • Handle customer queries in a professional and courteous manner
  • • Perform general bookkeeping tasks and reconcile bank statements
  • • Monitor the purchase ledger inbox and respond to emails in a timely manner

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
