**Job Description**

As a senior marine ecologist with Access Talent Group, you will play a key role in providing professional, accurate, and detailed technical and consenting advice on projects relative to marine ecology. You will engage with key stakeholders, including local authorities, regulators, and the general public, and deliver high-quality consultancy services.

You will be responsible for managing ecological surveys, liaising with clients and subcontractors, and helping to grow the marine ecology team. The ideal candidate will have experience in marine ecology, achieved Chartership (or be working towards), and hold a full UK driving license. They will also need the right to live and work in the UK and have knowledge of UK and European legislation relevant to protected species and habitats.
