About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Marine Ecologist to join our Environmental Consenting and Assurance team at Morson Talent. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting ecological monitoring and assessment programs for the Sizewell C project.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a subject matter expert in coastal and marine ecology, particularly on the main construction site.
• Provide expert guidance on marine consenting matters related to the SZC project.
• Advise on best practices for marine construction.
• Collaborate with environmental consultants, project managers, and engineers to implement effective mitigation and enhancement measures.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marine ecology, marine environmental science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding and significant experience in marine environmental planning and legislation relevant to construction projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
