Job Title: Senior Director, Market Access Consulting

About the Role:

The Senior Director, Market Access Consulting will play a key role in engaging with clients to ensure pharmaceutical products gain access to market and are available to patients. This involves developing a market access and reimbursement strategy that addresses payer requirements, medical, and patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement market access and reimbursement strategies for pharmaceutical products.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Provide consulting services to clients, including project management, business development, and thought leadership.
  • Lead project scoping calls and proposal development for large, complex, and/or cross-service line projects.
  • Deliver sales presentations and participate in bid defense meetings.
  • Actively participate in account planning for key clients.
  • Work within a team environment or individually based on project needs.
  • Facilitate issue and conflict resolutions.
  • Capitalize on opportunities to improve project efficiency, results, or team performance.
  • Produce quality work that meets the expectations of Parexel Access Consulting and the client.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a Scientific or Technical Discipline, PhD or other advanced degree (i.e. MBA) preferred.
  • Numerous years' experience with expert-level industry or market access knowledge experience.
  • Strong business analysis capabilities.
  • Self-confidence and control.
  • Interpersonal communication.
  • Teamwork and collaboration.
  • Solving business problems.
