Job Summary

We seek an ambitious Associate Director to join our Policy Access, Value, and Evidence (PAVE) consultancy capability. This project leadership, sales, and delivery role will involve developing, selling, and delivering de-novo brand and above brand patient access strategy consultancy to optimize global/regional market access clients' speed and quality of sustained patient access.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and sell de-novo brand and above brand patient access strategy consultancy to optimize global/regional market access clients' speed and quality of sustained patient access.
  2. Project types include early phase health system impact mapping, cross-functional early phase patient access launch excellence frameworks, negotiation excellence training, facilitation of new ways of access working, and post-launch access deep dives.
  3. Cross-functional working with colleagues on holistic value, brand, and above brand strategy, value propositions, and belief-shifting payer toolkits.
  4. Conducting payer depth interviews/payer advisory boards and facilitating strategy discovery and managing working groups with client cross-functional teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in specialist market access consultancy or global/regional affiliate-facing pharmaceutical market access roles with a proven track record in market access landscaping and pricing & reimbursement projects.
  • Depth of experience interpreting complex clinical and health economic data sets, critical appraisal in the light of payer evidence requirements, and creating compelling payer messaging.
  • Development and facilitation of client workshops, including negotiation excellence training.
  • Curiosity to innovate and lead transformation in the sector.
  • Creative flair for cutting through technical complexity to develop high-impact visual content driving payer behavioral change.
  • Deep understanding of pharma/biotech global market access teams' challenges and best practice ways of working pre-launch and up to loss of exclusivity.
  • Experience and gravitas to engage in consultancy relationships with senior global market access clients and lead projects to successful outcomes on time and on budget.
  • Coaching and line management experience is a plus.
  • Exemplary proficiency in written and verbal English.
