Job Summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Director, Market Access Consulting to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for developing and executing market access and reimbursement strategies for pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement market access and reimbursement strategies for pharmaceutical products
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions to address market access and reimbursement challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development strategies
  • Provide thought leadership on market access and reimbursement trends and best practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and internal teams
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in market access and reimbursement consulting
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful market access and reimbursement strategies
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in a related field (e.g. MBA, MPH, etc.)
  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of market access and reimbursement trends and best practices
  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation
