About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director to join our Market Access Consulting team at Parexel. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing market access strategies that drive business growth and improve patient access to pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients and industry partners
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Project Execution
    • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality consulting services to clients
    • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
  • Thought Leadership
    • Develop and deliver thought leadership content to clients and industry stakeholders
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform business strategy
    • Represent Parexel at industry events and conferences
  • Consulting Activities and Relationship Management
    • Apply Parexel's consulting models and methodologies to deliver high-quality services to clients
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
    • Develop and execute business solutions to address client needs
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in market access consulting or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering business growth and improving patient access to pharmaceutical products
  • Strong business development and project execution skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
