About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our global market access strategy and drive impactful policy outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global market access strategy to ensure Theramex's innovative medicines reach patients worldwide.
  • Assess and analyze macroeconomic policy dynamics, healthcare trends, and pricing/reimbursement policy developments to inform market access decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to establish therapeutic areas market access policy objectives and develop brand strategies that shape favorable access and funding environments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including policy experts and thought leaders, to stay informed on market access developments and trends.
  • Provide guidance and support for policy stakeholder engagement and serve as a thought leader on market access developments and trends.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in business, public policy, science, health economics, or related field (Health economics qualification preferred).
  • Previous progressive experience in market access and reimbursement roles, with global market access experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional partners and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with innovative approaches and comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical commercialization and drug development.
  • Excellent communication and analytic skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
