Trades and Maintenance Specialist Opportunity

At Haven, we're on a mission to create unforgettable memories for our guests. As a Trades and Maintenance Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our holiday homes are safe and well-maintained.

About the Role

As a member of our maintenance team, you'll work on our Lakeland Leisure Park, carrying out repairs and maintenance on our holiday homes. Your tasks will include:

  • Plumbing and leak repair
  • Carpentry and glazing
  • Basic electrical repair and safe isolation
  • Appliance repair

You'll work re-actively and proactively to maintain our high standards, providing quality workmanship and adhering to Haven's health and safety requirements.

What We Offer

We provide fantastic training and development opportunities, with many 'upskilling' courses available for those with existing commercial trades maintenance skills. If you're a DIY enthusiast with a passion for repairs and installations, we can offer you the training and development required to succeed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Highly competent and confident trade skills
  • Evidence of previous trade roles
  • A valid driving licence
