About the Role

We are looking for a Receptionist to work alongside the facilities manager and other service providers to create and cultivate a positive visitor experience in a multi-occupied building in Slough.

The successful candidate will have a friendly and customer-focused approach, providing a warm welcome and assisting onsite visitors. They will have a fantastic knowledge of the building's operations and work closely with the client to innovate regularly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a friendly welcome and customer-focused assistance onsite.
  • Work closely with the facilities manager and other service providers to create and cultivate a positive visitor experience.
  • Have a fantastic knowledge of the building's operations.
  • Work closely with the client to innovate regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and the natural initiative to take tasks on automatically.
  • Good levels of flexibility and adaptability to meet to differing client needs.
  • Excellent multitasker, able to focus on building strong and lasting relationships with the tenants.
