Business Operations Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Assistant to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. As a Business Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for interacting with internal and external customers and suppliers, organizing and supporting the Manager in running the main office and reception desk, and learning to organize day-to-day tasks for the efficient running of the office.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer care skills, as well as administrative skills and the ability to work as part of a team. You will be responsible for recording keeping, data input, filing, recording of documentation, and telephone handling.

Training and Development:

You will receive a Level 3 Business Administration qualification, which will be undertaken online through a combination of self-paced eLearning and live online classes. You will also have the opportunity to develop your functional skills in English and Mathematics, if required.

What to Expect:

As a Business Operations Assistant, you can expect to gain valuable work experience and industry-specific competence, as well as the potential for full-time employment on successful completion of the apprenticeship. You will also develop transferable skills that are invaluable in the wider world of work.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have GCSE or equivalent English and Mathematics (Grade A* - C 9/4) - desirable. You will also need to have excellent communication and customer care skills, as well as administrative skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Qualification: Business Administration Level 3

Duration: 15 months
