We are seeking an experienced Home Manager who is NMC qualified (RGN/RMN/nurse) to join our fantastic Care Home based near Pontypridd. The home is registered for up to 52 residents and has a great reputation in the area, specializing in dementia, mental health condition, older person care, and respite care.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a care home with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care and achieving good CQC ratings.
- Hold an NMC pin (NURSE/RGN/RMN) and have in-depth knowledge of the regulatory framework.
- Develop and implement effective financial strategies, including budgeting, resource management, and cost control.
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals and ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.
As a Home Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a well-run home with excellent staffing and a great reputation in the area. If you have experience as a Deputy Manager in a large nursing home, we can also consider your application.
Requirements:- Proven experience in managing a care home.
- NMC qualified (RGN/RMN).
- Recognized qualification in health and social care.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
