About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our care homes, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and services to our residents.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential risks.
Requirements
  • Current PIN on the NMC register.
  • Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5, or willingness to study for one.
  • Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams and conducting risk assessments.
