Care Home Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Home Manager to lead our team at HC-One. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall management and direction of our care home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring that our residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of care and ensuring that our home is a safe and welcoming environment for our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
- Ensure that our home is a safe and welcoming environment for our residents and their families.
- Maintain high standards of care and ensure that our home is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that our home is run efficiently and effectively.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A current PIN on the NMC register.
- Either a Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care Level 4/5, or a willingness to study for one.
- Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams.
- The ability to recognize the signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if there are any concerns.
