We are seeking an experienced Home Manager who is NMC qualified (RGN/RMN/nurse) to join our fantastic Care Home based near Pontypridd. The home is registered for up to 52 residents and has a great reputation in the area, specializing in dementia, mental health condition, older person care, and respite care.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring high-quality care and achieving good CQC ratings.
- Lead a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care standards.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Manage budgets, resources, and costs, ensuring the home operates efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment, adhering to regulatory frameworks and best practices.
- Proven experience in managing a care home, with a strong track record of success in delivering high-quality care.
- NMC pin (NURSE/RGN/RMN).
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the regulatory framework.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, resource management, and cost control.
- Recognized qualification in health and social care.
