We are seeking highly motivated and analytical graduates who are eager to contribute to our organization's growth and success. If you have a strong academic background in finance, business, accounting, data science, or a related field, this opportunity is perfect for you.

The program consists of four six-month rotations across various teams, including Finance Business Partnering, Finance Business Planning, Internal Audit, Group Reporting, Treasury, Controllership, Enterprise Data & Insights, Mergers & Acquisitions, Planning & Delivery, and Process Intelligence.

In each rotation, you will work closely with experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience, and develop essential skills in financial analysis, planning, and execution. You will also participate in regular reviews and feedback sessions to track your progress and identify areas for improvement.

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, pension scheme, and access to training and development opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with Tableau, Power BI, or SAP is beneficial but not essential.
