Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom Enterprise Holdings Full time

About Enterprise Holdings

We're Enterprise Holdings, a family-owned, world-class portfolio of brands that includes leading names like Enterprise Rent-A-Car. With a $35 billion turnover and nearly 90,000 team members across 95 countries, we've grown from a pioneering idea over 65 years ago to the global mobility leader we are today.

As the TargetJobs Graduate Employer of the Year and a Times Top 100 Graduate Employer, we offer you the freedom to explore your potential and progress forward on your own career path. We're committed to promoting from within, with nearly all of our full-time employees starting as a graduate in our Management Training Programme, including our current CEO.

Our promote-from-within culture ensures that you'll have a well-rounded training experience and learn valuable business skills in management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service. As you progress, increasingly more opportunities will become available to you, including the chance to become a Branch Manager, in charge of your own team and profits, in as little as two years.

We prioritize diversity and inclusion, recognized as a leader in these areas with prestigious awards like The Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality and Stonewall's Top 100 Employers for LGBTQ+ Inclusion. We also hold the title of Disability Confident Leader and rank within the top 25 of the Social Mobility Employer Index.

Role Responsibilities

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you'll gain responsibility for developing new business and maintaining current relationships. You'll be empowered to make business decisions that impact your career and the bottom line, while learning how to deliver exceptional customer service and develop valuable skills in sales, problem-solving, and conflict management.

Our training program is designed to help you grow into a successful manager at Enterprise, with opportunities for pay increases and continued promotions. You'll learn how to mentor, train, develop, manage, and promote staff, providing you with a solid foundation for a rewarding career.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but professional experience can be substituted if applicable.
  • You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, but we make accommodations for applicants who don't drive due to a disability.
  • No drug or alcohol-related offence on your driving record within the last five years is permitted.

Additional Information

  • We're committed to equal opportunities and will judge you on your performance against our competencies.
  • Please let us know about any accommodations you may need to participate in our recruitment process.
  • Please limit your application to only one job posting based on where you live and/or plan to work.
