Job Title: Volunteer Program Manager

Salary: £23,088 - £28,200 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description: As a Volunteer Program Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, overseeing, and training a group of volunteers who will assist in providing interventions to our participants. Your main goal will be to ensure that all volunteers are properly trained to provide support to our participants in various areas of the criminal justice system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit a diverse range of volunteer mentors
  • Provide supervision and case management oversight to the team
  • Maintain up-to-date information on participants
  • Develop strong partnership relationships with all stakeholders

Skills and Experience:
  • Level 3 Information, Advice and Guidance or Education and Training qualification - desirable
  • Staff management and effective teamwork
  • Experience of training/coaching in groups or on a 1:1 basis
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
