About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Seetec's Communities and Education Division as a Recruitment and Training Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising a group of volunteer mentors who will assist in providing interventions to individuals transitioning out of prison and those serving community sentences.

Compensation and Perks

The salary for this position is £23,088 - £28,200 per annum (dependent on experience). In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse range of volunteer mentors.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure that all volunteers are equipped to provide high-quality support to our participants.
  • Buid strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure the success of our program.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 Information, Advice and Guidance or Education and Training qualification (desirable).
  • Proven experience in staff management and effective teamwork.
  • Excellent coaching and training skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
