Compliance Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Arrow Support Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, ensuring that all new hires are compliant with regulatory requirements and able to deliver exceptional support to our service users.
About the RoleYou will use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track applications, generate reports as needed, and ensure compliance with CQC and other regulatory guidelines. You will also manage DBS submissions, review outcomes, and work closely with the Registered Manager to resolve any issues.
- Support new hires by coordinating onboarding and booking required training.
- Ensure all staff remain compliant with updated documentation, DBS renewals, and training.
- Actively promote the company at local job events and on social media to attract new candidates.
Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum
Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the recruitment process from candidate outreach to onboarding.
- Ensuring compliance with CQC and other regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinating onboarding and booking required training for new hires.
- Actively promoting the company to attract new candidates.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in recruitment, either in-house or agency-based, with excellent administrative skills and attention to compliance.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
