Job Description:

SPEQ RECRUITMENT LTD is seeking an experienced Engineering and Compliance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sterilisation operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

About the Role:

  • You will have responsibility for managing Cobalt 60 supply and coordinating validation processes.
  • You will work closely with the iSALT corporate sterilisation team to ensure smooth operations and effective validation.
  • You will investigate industrial irradiator technology and dosimetry methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • You will provide technical and engineering support, including product cycle time development.
  • You will ensure compliance with licensing and permits for Cobalt 60 operations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Science or Engineering.
  • Over 5 years of experience in a regulated environment.
  • Proficient in statistical analysis techniques and project management.
  • Knowledge of relevant national and international standards.
  • Strong IT skills and excellent communication abilities.

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
