Job Description
">We are looking for an experienced Engineering Program Lead to join our team in Plymouth. As an Engineering Program Lead, you will be responsible for delivering projects that meet customer and internal stakeholder expectations in the manufacturing industry.

- Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion.">
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans.">
- Oversee new product development, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.">
- Provide strong leadership and direction to a team of project managers.">
- Define project objectives, scope, and drive project execution.">
- Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying and mitigating risks.">
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget and time constraints.">
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.">
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers.">
Requirements:

- A minimum of a HNC in Engineering or related field.">
- Proven experience in managing and delivering complex engineering projects.">
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desired.">
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team.">
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.">
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.">
- Proficient in project management software and tools.">
