Minstrell Engineering is seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join their team in Plymouth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, project management, and experience working on automation, manufacturing, food, or pharmaceutical projects.

This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results while meeting schedule and budget targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support and delivery of refurbishment and equipment upgrade projects to schedule, specification, and within budget.
  • Work on a range of projects, including manufacturing, installations, commissioning, refurbs, and equipment replacement/upgrades.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Analyze and resolve project-related issues and risks.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Requirements:

  • An Engineering qualification, to HND or Degree level.
  • Engineering and project experience in automation, manufacturing, food, or pharmaceutical.
  • Experience in project management, team leadership, and collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
